This screened area offers shelter from the sun and boasts an outdoor fan. First-floor Bedroom: great room with a King size bed and large closet. It is just next to a full bathroom with access to the pool area. The half bath is well located between the front living and the family room on the first floor. Second floor: All new vinyl floor providing a sense of natural wood and cleanness.
